Duncan’s Poultry LLC began in 1987 in this the original processing plant, when two brothers, Wade (17) and Matt (13) were tired of walking beans. “We’d rather clean chickens.” they said. With the help of their parents, Ron and Connie they pursued the idea and Duncan’s Poultry LLC was in business.
Over the years, we have worked to offer you more products and services. Today Duncan's Poultry offers a large variety of baby chicks for your backyard needs. We offer selected types of layers and, of course, meat bird broilers, turkeys, geese and ducks. We also offer feed and the accessories you need to successfully raise your flock. And once your flock is grown, we have Custom Exempt Processing services available.
Proudly located in the Loess Hills of Iowa, sustainability is also important to this family run business. In 2015, solar panels were installed to help power the energy needs of the business.
