What is the best way to keep your sewing machine from needing repairs? Regular service! Lucky for you, we now service and repair sewing machines! We offer basic servicing, repair and assistance on most sewing machines, sergers, and longarms.

Our Goal

As a quilter, I know and understand that your machine isn't just a tool. It is a means to self-expression and it is of great value to you. My goal is to provide the best care to your machine to make sure it is in its absolute best sewing condition.

What are the basic services?

Most machines should be serviced annually, and those which you use heavily should be serviced more frequently. We are happy to help! Let us give your machine a tune up to keep it in shape. Basic service includes clean, oil and adjust tension, as well as an inspection (motor, belts, feed system, etc.). This does not include major adjustments, which are considered repairs.

What if my machine needs repaired?

We understand that there is nothing more frustrating that your machine not running well! We want to help you get back up and running by taking great care of your machine. Our repair process includes opening and assessing the machine, calling you to authorize service including the purchase and pricing of parts, and an estimated timeline. If you should decide not to move forward with the service, you pay only the bench fee (for most machines, advanced machines may be a higher fee based on labor). If we move forward with the repairs, please note that we are at the mercy of ordering and delivery timelines, but we will make our best effort to find the best and fastest vendors to get your machine back to you. Once the part arrives, we will prioritize your machine to get it back to you as soon as possible.
